Functions
1. Participation in the implementation of state health policy;
2.Development, implementation and maintenance of standards and procedures for assessing the competence of health professionals in accordance with the standards of the quality management system, international assessment requirements;
3. Assessment of professional qualifications and confirmation of compliance with the qualifications of health professionals, as well as independent assessment of the competencies of scientific and pedagogical staff, graduates and students in educational institutions and scientific organizations in the field of health;
4. Organization of work on the creation, timely update, preservation and proper use of the bank of examination material in accordance with international quality assurance requirements;
5. Development of training programs, preparation of teaching materials, training and certification of experts, examiners, standardized patients and other persons directly involved in the procedures for assessing professional qualifications and confirming the qualifications of health professionals;
6. Development of relations with central and regional governments, NGOs, educational organizations and scientific organizations in the field of health care, health care institutions in order to improve the system of competency assessment and the creation of human resources (experts / examiners, standardized patients, etc.);
7. Provision of technical and methodological advice to educational and scientific organizations in the field of health to develop tools for assessing educational achievements;
8. Conducting research in the field of assessment of key competencies of health professionals, scientific and pedagogical staff, graduates of educational organizations and scientific organizations in the field of health;
9. Development of international partnerships, organization and holding of seminars, conferences, master classes, round tables, trainings with the invitation of foreign experts.
